Calling with your browser:

Typing a simple command in your browser triggers Zoiper (previously known as Idefisk) to call any of your contacts.

Calling with command line:

Different applications can easily interact with Zoiper (previously known as Idefisk) by making calls via its Command Line feature.

Voice mail:

Zoiper (previously known as Idefisk) enables easy voice mailbox access, as simple as a click of a button.

Native conferencing:

Now, with Zoiper (previously known as Idefisk) you can set a conference with up to 6 participants.

Call forwarding:

Choose the time of delay and the extension you want to forward to.

Blind and Attended Call Transfer features:

You can transfer calls either right away (Blind Transfer), or by verifying if a call can be transferred to the person sought (Attended Call Transfer). Attended transferring is particularly useful for secretaries or telephone operator that distribute inbound calls.

Incoming URL handling:

Zoiper (previously known as Idefisk) can handle URLs that Asterisk sends and open it with the default browser. Incoming URLs may be opened either automatically or with confirmation. This way, Zoiper can function as a CRM tool and save you huge amounts of time to look up important information. Having this immediately on screen will also improve the quality of your service.

Zoiper (previously known as Idefisk) seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Outlook. Now you can use Zoiper to call Outlook contacts with phone entries with just a click of a button.
